From OUR Founder
The Promise
After more than 35 years in leadership and community-based roles, including service in the U.S. Army and a 30-year corporate career within a Fortune 100 company, raising a family, serving others, and navigating the struggles life inevitably brings, our founder, Chris Spencer, has lived firsthand the tension between responsibility, identity, and purpose.
Through seasons of challenge, failure, growth, and renewal, his faith became both an anchor and a compass, shaping how he leads, listens, and shows up. Not as someone with all the answers, but as someone committed to walking alongside men who are searching, questioning, or unsure where to begin.
Serving in roles that directly support Veteran Service Organizations (VSOs), military veterans transitioning from service, and early-career professionals, Chris discovered his true calling: helping men live free and stay true, by learning from experience, choosing alignment over ego, and building lives rooted in integrity.
VIVIDUS was born from a promise.
A promise to openly share the lessons learned, the hard truths faced, and the resources gained over decades of service. Not to position himself above others, but to bring men together to create space to grow in clarity, character, and conviction—anchored in faith, strengthened by discipline, and committed to becoming better men together.
